Is anyone else concerned Jimbo runs zone blocking with a mostly pro type offense? It just seems like it doesn't mesh.

I'm no expert on blocking schemes: zone, pin and pull, and whatever else is out there. As our line developed over the course of the season I thought our run game improved. Both Spiller and Achane either came close to or reached the 1,000 yard mark. If a line is producing 2 running backs with that kind of yardage I think that's pretty good.

Any team that has to go to the portal to get a three star and play him at the most important O-Line position has way bigger problems.

Looking back at jimbos tenure at FSU, it's a bit alarming that outside of 2 seasons, his line was trash. I'm worried this is because he requires elite linemen to make up for the shortcomings in his scheme.

Would expect much better online play next year. Obviously working in a new line that improved throughout the year.
