Billy Kilmer played for the 49ers, Saints, and Redskins. Early in his career, he suffered a broken leg in an auto accident, and I believe, surgery reduced his leg to being shorter than the other. He stumbled (pardon the pun) around for another decade, but led the Redskins to the Super Bowl in the '70s before retiring. He was pretty unathletic after his accident and took a beating while playing for the expansion Saints (some things never change) and later the Redskins in that division with the Cowboys rivalry at pretty much an all-time high.
