Mine would be David(?) Klingler from Cougar High. This was back in the Wrecking Crew days and they beat the crap out of him. He just kept getting up and coming back for more.

McGee was tough as nails. He had numerous runs per game just like the one Zach had. Believe Fran ran a form of the triple option with him.

I'd have to agree with the OP...David Klingler put in one of the toughest performances I've ever seen. The Wrecking Crew absolutely demolished him and he kept getting back up time after time after time after time. He earned a ton of respect for just getting back up after each play.

Bucky was tough, but his toughness had to do more with his will to win and having that transcend to his teammates. McGee was as tough as they come and Fran was an idiot for using/abusing him the way he did. As for Calzada, the kid is turning in some pretty legendary performances in terms of his toughness.

Umm no love for Mond? His first couple years the Oline was terrible, and he just took hit after hit and popped back up.

Yeah this one is tough. Bucky and McGee are neck and neck on this one. I can't decide which one to pick. Calzada is tough but not in the same category. Yet.
