Any advice?

Bet was that A&M would cover the 18 pts. Loser has to hold up a poster board at an intersection that says "Lost a football bet, now I have to wear this stupid mask". And the losing party would have to wear a COVID mask. Pic would be sent to our mutual friends as proof of fulfilling the bet.

Should I just tear down his fence and call it even? Maybe sign him up for some daily spam mail?

If I were his lawyer, I'd counsel him to fulfill the bet.

However, I'd also counsel there was no agreement as to what language. Make the poster in chinese, wear a mask, and have motorists wondwring "what
