Certainly no lawyer but is there any legal consideration to the fact that they knowingly and purposefully kept us in the dark about all of this. As a member institution do we have any rights to be included in the conversation?

A&M causes a stink in the SEC and lets Texas and OU take its place in the holy grail of college sports? I couldn't think of anything more dumb for the future of A&M athletics. Surely they aren't this naive.

Why not file litigation and tie up ESPN for a while.
