My media feed is blowing up with Arch Manning news lately, and there's no mention of him visiting us. I completely trust Jimbo, but that seems curious. Is there something I'm not aware of that would curtail his interest in Aggieland?

His uncle Peyton didn't come here because RC showed him a media guide with Rodney Thomas, Greg Hill and Leeland on the cover. Stated that he knew that passing wasn't a priority here. He was on the verge of committing until he saw that.

It's legit! Outside of "Corey Pulling"Sterling82 said:
No, I've heard Peyton tell that story himself. I don't think we were at the top of his list but he did visit and noted the 3 running backs on the cover of the media guide.

Mannings are football royalty. But, I'd be the first to make offers to the Bradys.
Not sure a Manning has handlers that need to be paid. Frankly doubt that.P.U.T.U said:
He is visiting SMU, yeah he has handlers that need to get paid
Trying to claim anyone in the Manning family needs to get paid is hilarious.P.U.T.U said:

I'm not sure I recall Pullig throwing "laser beams", you sure you're not talking about Jeff Granger? Granger was left handed, also a pitcher for you youngsters, who usually threw it hard and in to the dirt at the receivers feet. Great play against Tech though!Fat Bib Fortuna said:
As I recall, RC took Peyton out to watch the team practice and Peyton watched Corey Pullig throwing these 8-yard laser beams within 5-6 feet of the intended receiver almost ever time and was like, "Screw this, I'll never start with this guy here."

Just occurred to me how much the new transfer portal rules change the whole dynamic of a coaching change.Emilio Fantastico said:
