Man, Hines has played awful this game....so many missed oppty for tackles that he's whiffed on. He's going to grade out poorly.

Along with O'Neal, Hines is another guy who has regressed as a player. Both are extremely poor tacklers that always seem to take very bad angles on ball carriers.
