There is some question as to whether schedule should have rescued either Georgia or Bama. But the committee has always indicated a preference for conference champions...

I think the best four teams are close enough and conferences that didn't get teams in in previous years get to watch what happens when they win that argument in committee...

What question is there regarding Alabama's schedule? Alabama played two good teams, LSU and Auburn, and lost to both of them. Their best win was against us, and we aren't ranked. No way a legitimate argument puts Alabama in the playoffs this year.

You are insane if you think Alabama had a legitimate chance of making the playoffs when there was a 1 loss Power 5 conference champion this year. Alabama didn't beat anyone good. They didn't earn it this year. You really think Alabama should have been in the Playoffs over Oklahoma this year? There were 3 clearly deserving CFP teams. There had to be a 4th, and the clear 4th was Oklahoma given Utah lost (like it or not).
