Worth thinking about the fact that their defense is dramatically worse than any of the top tier opponents we've faced and that ours is one of the best they've faced yet. They aren't holding us to -1 rushing yard. Unless we come out just completely out of sorts because of our own doing, we should have a chance to win IMO.

Georgia's #4 in the country for a reason. Their offense is vanilla, but their defense is legit. You can make a strong argument that we outplayed them this past week and they got the benefit of several calls that put them ahead.

LSU has a much better offense than the Dawgs, but their defense is wearing down. I'm not predicting a win for the Aggies, but we'll be able to move the ball on the tigers, chew up clock, and keep it close. This will be another game decided on the last possession, no matter how it goes down.

It literally has no impact on me, the team, our future, anything really other than Jimbo getting a lot of money....A&M isn't going to run out of money because we are paying Jimbo that. It isn't going to cause us to shut down class, downgrade anything with football, or prevent us from hiring coaches in the future.

It really is not desperate. He is the fourth highest paid coach and he is one of only five active head coaches to have won a national championship...two of which coach at UNC and Kansas. Would it make more sense to pay $4.4 mil for Muschamp? Or $6.6 mil for Jeff Brohm? Or $6.75 mil for Tom Herman? Or $6.82 mil for Gus Malzahn? I don't think so....but maaaaaan all that extra money we would have.

He won at least 10 games in six different seasons at FSU, had a nine win season there, and a nine win season here??? If your definition of a "relevant season" is making the playoffs or NCG, since Jimbo has been a head coach, he has had more relevant seasons than your school.

What has he done as a head coach when he didn't have Winston? 72-30. Not a bad record but also not someone that Id give 75 million to WITH NO BUYOUT (desperation). Keep in mind this was in the ACC.

Don't get why anyone gets worked up about how our money is spent. Who really GAF? It literally has no impact on me, the team, our future, anything really other than Jimbo getting a lot of money....A&M isn't going to run out of money because we are paying Jimbo that. It isn't going to cause us to shut down class, downgrade anything with football, or prevent us from hiring coaches in the future.

It really is not desperate. He is the fourth highest paid coach and he is one of only five active head coaches to have won a national championship...two of which coach at UNC and Kansas. Would it make more sense to pay $4.4 mil for Muschamp? Or $6.6 mil for Jeff Brohm? Or $6.75 mil for Tom Herman? Or $6.82 mil for Gus Malzahn? I don't think so....but maaaaaan all that extra money we would have.

I could care less about the money I just feel bad that yall get so hyped up about a man that isn't as good as you think and that yall think is all of a sudden gonna turn around a program that historically is average at best. Its exactly the same problem that Texas has. You both think you can just money whip any coach and any assistant into making your program into a contender. That is absolutely absurd. Texas is underachieving with Herman...who is not really a proven head coach. With the talent they have, the recruits, the resources, etc., they have absolutely no business losing to Baylor, ISU, TCU. We are about where we should be with Jimbo. What do you think we expected? Jimbo's appearance manifesting 11 five stars on both sides of the ball and leading us to a national title immediately? Success takes time. It isn't like Les Miles coming in to follow up Nick Saban and having a team ready to compete at the highest level....Sumlin left holes that need to be filled...we have four 3*s starting at OL...that'll never work in the SEC and Fisher will get that fixed.

If we were scared of Texas, exactly WHY would we go and join the toughest conference and the toughest division within that conference?
