It was a beautiful warm afternoon in college station that day. A neighbor stopped by and we got to talking about wishing we could be there, and I said screw it, I'll drive. So we hopped in my truck and headed to fort worth, both wearing jeans and t-shirts. The cold front blew in about the time we got there.

That was the coldest I have ever been in my life.

There were probably 15,000 people there, and I bet 14,000 of them were Aggies.

I really thought that poor kid was dead.

Compared to College Station, TCU is right down the road from Dallas. I guarantee you that an A&M @ TCU game in 2019 would be packed with Dallas Ags because of TCU's relative proximity.

That being said, there's no way I'd go to a game that cold.

I was there that night. Was sitting Amat the opposite 25ish. I can still hear the hit even though we were 60 yards away.
