Wish I could give you 10 stars for that post sir.

Also, I can't stand when announcers / media members / fans say college football "NEEDS" program 'X' to be good, or College Football is better when programs 'X' are good. No it freaking doesn't, and no it isn't. College Football will still be entertaining and great without some big programs not doing well, precisely BECAUSE typical underdog programs do rise to the top occasionally. That always struck me as the most arbitrary argument ever, when in reality it's just fandom for the big programs to drive revenue.
