Just brainstorming, but...

20-30 volunteers with sealed 5 gallon buckets. (Lowes not Home Depot because of orange and stuff)
Slot for money in the lid.
Bright colored shirts with some makeshift lettering or iron on. Bright yellow shirt with #corystrong on the front would probably do.
Find a spot or two at the start of the 4th qtr to pick up said buckets and get your shirt. Game will be over by then anyways.
Return the buckets to a non-publicly disclosed location after collecting (hopefully inside the stadium for security purposes)
Check with the facilities folks to make sure they are cool with it
Buy Mike Wright a beer to maybe give a shout out over the PA after the game
Buy the radio folks a beer to mention it during the pregame show

Who's with me? Anyone have any contacts with Kyle folks to see if they would be ok with it?

I'd give it back, but also ask Ja'Mar to consider loaning it to the 12th Man Foundation to be put on display in Kyle with a brief description of how it got there. Kind of a reminder about what it means to be a part of the Aggie family, how we are ready and willing to take care of each other, and how the spirit of the 12th Man goes beyond game day.
