Sign this kid up. He is only .3 slower(with a little wind) than Usain bolt. His non wind time is 10.2.

Im sure he can play linebacker. Or just let him run go routes down the field. I'd bet his ankles are superb.

Just to get it out in the open and for the sake of clarity his time of 9.98 tie's the all time White person 100 meter record in the history of man kind.

The only other white person to ever run a sub 10 is a Frenchmen several years ago, so Boling is the first ever American born to do it.

0.4 slower than Bolt (9.58). To get an idea of the difference b/w Bolt and Boling, the 5th place guy ran 9.93 when Bolt set the record

The article says this is his first year to run the 100m. I checked it and I think thats right.

His time put him 7th in the last Olympics.

At age 20 Bolt ran a 10.03

The tailwind was 4.2 meters per second, which is around 10 mph. Typical Chronicle reporter getting basic facts wrong

Wariner's high school 200 best (wind aided)- 20.41
400m- 45.57

Quicker, but not exactly crushing

On one of Justin Dunning's podcasts, he had on a member of the A&M men's track team. If I remember correctly, the guy said that there are only a total of 12 scholarships for the entire men's team. This means that the scholarships are spread out amongst some of the members and some are not on scholarship.

It is likely that we could not offer the amount of scholarship that this kid could get at Georgia.
