There is only one guy by that name in Houston and that guy graduated from UT. I've been looking for the past couple days and there is no evidence that there is a second person by that same name other than a typo in the Chron that called him a her. There were a lot of derails by some people, but that has all been refuted for the most part.

He is referenced as a sip grad in the Chron article that was in the OP, someone else did the search in the sip grad records, and the magnet is just more evidence. I would expect BZ to confirm this very shortly. He might even confirm it today since the sip has his court appearance and I bet someone from the Chron is going down to check it out.

Is it 100% sure at this point? Probably just 99%.

This is the kind of crap the should explain what is wrong with those people at that school in Austin.

And you can rest assured there will be no apology/retraction coming from ANYWHERE.


And I hope the Sumlin family realizes that unfortunately there have been many harsh things said about Coach Sumlin related to football. But Aggies DON'T DO THIS CRAP. Most of us were certain all along that this horrible thing was NOT DONE by an Aggie. It may not be much consolation to Mrs. Sumlin and their kids....but I hope they realize this is NOT what we do.
