to be clear, arrested for what? Is sending a racist letter a crime?
Sounds like a continuing series of stalking/harassment incidents, well after the letter.Bag said:

I believe AJ Vasquez is law enforcement. One of the arrest docs states: On this day, Chiswell, Robin, WHITE, MALE, 60, personally appeared before me in the custody of VASQUEZ, A Jrlb28 said:

No contact order says:
Defendant may not go within 100 yards of Houston Country Club or Museum of Fine Arts or St. Christopher Episcopal Church.
I don't think this is the guy.
yes and it makes sense now. Arrested for a stalking offense, then confessed to Sumlin letter. Not sure if he'll get a charge for Sumlin letter. But he probably can't do near Fine Arts or church because of the stalking arrest, and can't go to country club because of sumlin letter.levypantsEOY said:rlb28 said:

The address listed on the Sumlin envelope (Potomac) is Houston Country Club...

So what's his story? Is he a sip or not?
I'm fairly certain there is a sip with the same name as the person arrested, and she's a socialite in Houston. I have no idea if the person arrested is a sip or not, but there is evidence that the online references to the UT grad are to a woman, not this guy.levypantsEOY said:
