Iv'e been pointing to this one as a key game all yr. It's a 50/50 game in my estimation, I thought the same or worse with regard to our prospects against Auburn too but they are performing well below expectations so to me a W seems probable there at this point . Ole Miss and UAB should be W's , not necessarily easy W's but W's nonetheless. I have to count LSU as a probable L until proven otherwise .

Do you even watch football? Auburn's passing attack (if you can call it that) has been terrible. They couldn't pass at all against Ole Miss. The only reason their offense got going against them was Malzahn finally got out of idiot mode and just ran the ball straight at them. Auburn's Oline has been garbage and Stidham is suffering from battered QB syndrome. He has had Fitzgerald type accuracy of late.

I said the same thing about the SCar game.

I guess we can keep saying the same for the next few games. I think we are in the middle of the turnaround and just don't see the curve.

State's defensive front 7 is close to as good as Clemson and on par with UK and Bama

Leading up to this game feels the same way as in 2012. It's going to be a breakout heisman game for Mon...ahh sheit, never mind.

Sadly, this is our best team since 2012. The attrition from the 2013 recruiting class has finally came and gone and can no longer hurt us. Also, we now have one of the better coaching staffs in place and some real leaders on this team.

I don't think Their offense is good enough to beat us.

Second half of the season coming off s bye with momentum and he'd go lay an egg

If we win this one, I'm convinced we win out with a win over LSU being jimbo's signature win in year one and the one where the corner turned

At this point, only by an idiot. Our team is not yet nearly consistent enough overall for us to expect anything but improvement.

If the team regresses significantly, then the complaints would be justified.

I don't feel this game is any different from the others or in any way indicates success or failure of year 1. Yes, this is where we began to slide in years past, but we could lose this weekend and subsequently win out.

As some others have said, this may be a 50:50 game in terms of win probability. It seems odd to argue in the same breath that we haven't made strides this season if we don't win it.

Do we win? I think so and certainly hope so. We are better now, though - physically and mentally - regardless of the outcome.

This game has jack squat to do with previous seasons.

Sips have been winning, we have to keep winning. It's a recruiting thing.

This season could finish many different ways. At this point, MSU, Auburn, and LSU all look like toss-ups.

If we win or lose @ MSU by a score, the analysis going forward does not change much. Now if we roll them or get rolled, it changes things.

i have cut down on the amount of alcohol, pot, and xanax to get through the season. i might be completely sober by jimbo's 2nd or 3rd year.

this is a possible 'divergent' point for the Fisher era...from the last 3 seasons of the Sumlin era

No way. This game is gonna be a street fight, thrilla in Manilla type fight for 4 quarters. We gonna be ok and win out but if we don't, we ain't in trouble. Coach Fisher and the team keaders we have this year, won't let that happen. You are thinking that this is a Summy coached team.
