There were a few plays that the SC player could have been called for targeting.
I don't think they should have but I also don't think we should have been called either.
The first targeting was technically right but it was a freaking bump.
The second targeting was at least forceful but was not targeting. When you are trying to jump OUT OF THE WAY and your SHOULDER hits the guy that should not be targeting.

When it was 16-16, I still felt like we were in control and going to grind out a win. Under Sumlin, I'd feel like the game is already lost.

True. We fell apart and then regrouped and responded. The only time that happened under Sumlin was with Johnny
No Pac-10 Team in the Natty! Oregon just knocked off Washington.
If we did not have our TE it would have been a ton worse this year!

It takes more than 6 games to instill these kind of things
Looking back on it, just glad we managed to make as many field goals as we did.

How did we manage to get 3 15 yard penalties on the last drive with 1:25 left in the game? Then refs tried everything to screw us with clock.
Like I said, he tried to avoid the hit after starting to launch. He managed to avoid head to head, but still hit him high.
