We don't need to be Miami cerca 1983 to win national titles; and Miami eventually had to clean up the program and accept some years in mediocrity.

But I'm afraid by answering this I've given credence to the idea that we need a particular kind of regent to have a particular kind of football program. Or that football should be a major consideration of the A&M System Board of Regents.

Reynolds is likely not the owner. According to the link, he is the registered agent for the LLC. Agents are required in most states to perform functions like accepting legal service etc. Frequently they are not the owner. For someone who has access to deed records, if the property has debt, you can see who signed the deed of trust and there will be an address, possibly a name, for notices in the event of a default.

More likely he was having a party and a lawyer acquaintance brought a coked out girl that trashed the place. Buzbee is known for throwing pretty crazy parties.
