But I'm afraid by answering this I've given credence to the idea that we need a particular kind of regent to have a particular kind of football program. Or that football should be a major consideration of the A&M System Board of Regents.
Reynolds is likely not the owner. According to the link, he is the registered agent for the LLC. Agents are required in most states to perform functions like accepting legal service etc. Frequently they are not the owner. For someone who has access to deed records, if the property has debt, you can see who signed the deed of trust and there will be an address, possibly a name, for notices in the event of a default.FriscoKid said:

More likely he was having a party and a lawyer acquaintance brought a coked out girl that trashed the place. Buzbee is known for throwing pretty crazy parties.

You want to impeach a regent because someone allegedly vandalized his home; you seem very reasonable and mature.
