Really? Doesn't strike me as the one they'd use.
It's only about 650 nautical miles and the plane cruises around 300kts, so we're not exactly talking a long flight.

Left Brenham Wednesday and popped down to Kissimee to chill today. Leaves tonight at midnight for Tallahassee (no reporters watching Tallahasee airport at that time). Jimbo flies over early enough to sign the paperwork and still gets back in time for Friday walk through.

We need someone at Easterwood with a telephoto lens tomorrow morning.

Wouldn't it be more likely that we've sent someone out there to finish the deal rather than him driving to the airport and flying to CS at 445am local time, especially considering he is still planning to coach on Saturday?

Only problem with that is that flight left Wednesday at noon and has been in Orlando. Leaving for Tallahassee tonight.

Surely they can send the guy here in a real jet, not a turboprop
And not make the guy get up at 3:30 am to make a 4:45 flight.

Could this be just someone that went to hide out for a day with a signed offer, waited for the BOR to give verbal approval of the details during the meeting this afternoon, swing over to Tallahassee this evening for Jimbo's signature and then returning victorious in the morning for us to announce it as official?

Very possible. Highly doubt Jimbo would be on that plane with a game to coach on Saturday. But a signed contract could be. And he may be on a plane Saturday night/Sunday morning.
