I know at some pro stadiums their club level gives out some buffet type situation but pay for alcohol

Is it the same for Kyle field?

People in the suites aren't allowed to bring their own food and booze anymore either. They have to buy it all through the school if they want the suite stocked with food and drinks. Also, they aren't even allowed to pour their own alcoholic drinks and instead an attendant does it and then gives you the bill at the end of the game.

The extra kicker? In many of the suites you can't see the entire field unless you are sitting outside in the first couple of rows of outdoor seats. If you sit in the seats inside you'll miss maybe 5-10 feet of the playing surface.

That's is terrible. I've been in suites where everything is free and all you do is give the tip.

I believe you mean complementary. They complement the suite.

If I had billions, I wouldn't spend it on that place. I'd still go to 2-3 home games, big away games and spend the rest on travel and surfing.

The food in the club area starts at poor and goes to horrible quickly. I leave the club to get food. Really.

The only place I've seen open buffet in the club level is at UH. Decent food. Cash bar.

food in the club is pretty bad and expensive unfortunately, including the legacy club, its the exact same stuff as in the AAC. And unless you like tiny, overpriced drinks with limited selection of mixers, you won't think much of the bars either. Oh and its a nice touch they were clearly trained to take EXTRA SPECIAL care to make sure and not let one drop of liquor spill over the jigger they use to make your $12 or $14 drinks and then immediately prompt you with a presumptive "double?" question as they pour it in to make it a $24 or $28 drink.... i don't know why it does but it really rubs me the wrong way in those clubs given the price of entry.

At FSU, where my ex-girlfriend's father had a Suite, it was free buffet food and free drinks of all types, including alcohol and beer. The face value of tickets are reasonably priced in the club level there too (not mentioning donations).

A&M is just more interested in gouging you on everything in the stadium.

and you have to leave the legacy club and walk to the ends of either side of the AAC if you want any kind of regular stadium food, including popcorn. But don't worry, the popcorn really and truly sucks having been freshly popped sometime during the previous week, so you aren't missing much. I know this sounds ridiculous to be whining about, but Levy does truly and completely suck at everything they touch inside of Kyle Field, which is everything you will encounter in those clubs, unfortunately. It could be so much better without much effort, which i guess is really the most frustrating part.

I just wait until the KETTLE CORN people show up at BBall games...

He was probably in the Varsity Club, free concessions style food and drinks with cash bar. Places with lower quality facilitates have to subsidize with free food. The Varsity Club was awful.

Since Texas A&M is in the First World the overwhelming majority of the problems reacted to the institution will be first world problems. Still thanks for pointing that out as the sips still think A&M left the state and might think that New Kyle is in Somalia or some such.
