Well done, good sir.AustinAg2012 said:Miami and West Virginia appear to be likely destinations. Taint will have to sit out next season, unless he gets a waiver by some miracle. The U could potentially start Hurts in '19, then Martell in '20. Hurricanes already have two of his HS teammates on roster.PacifistAg said:
It does look like Jimbo offered him while at FSU, but I don't see anything indicating there was any real connection between Martell and Jimbo. I would be extremely surprised if he even considered A&M as a transfer spot, and I'd honestly rather get Hornsby.
Honestly, my prediction would probably be the sips. Tim Beck is the QB coach, and he was part of OSU's recruiting efforts to get Martell, if I'm not mistaken.

We dodged a bullet with this guy
Let's be honest here - he would've started at A&M from Day 1. What competition? All we had was Starkel and I doubt Mond would've come to A&M if Martell had remained committed.zephyr88 said:
committed to A&M, got scared of the competition, then he left.

Please tell me Starkel has been named the starting QB for Arkansas.
If I were Starkel I would have the "ass my dude" tweet locked and loaded for the announcement, but I'm petty that way. Hopefully Nick is a bigger person.technoviking said:rootube said:

It's primarily between him and the SMU transfer, with Jerry Jones's grandson having an outside shot at it. Starker is talked about the most over there from what I can see
Ben Hicks is Chad's guy. It would be surprise if Nick got the start over him. That said, I'm pulling for Nick all the way. Hope he gets the start and lights it up (except for one game).technoviking said:rootube said:

Tragic. Meanwhile Starkel will start for two SEC West teams.
