She turns 19 in February. Not sure how old she is in the Instagram photos.piag94 said:
So Tate's sister is 14? If so, could those pics her parents are allowing her to post be considered child porn? That's disgusting
What the hell kind of name is Tathan? #namefailTexagsubscriber said:

"Why would I leave for someone who hasn't put a single second into this program yet? I've put two years of working my ass off for something that I've been waiting for and dreaming of having my whole life. To just run away from somebody that hasn't played a single second, been to workouts or anything like that, doesn't know what the program is all about? Not a chance."

When asked who will start for Ohio State should redshirt sophomore QB Dwayne Haskins declare for the draft, redshirt freshman Tate Martell said, "I will. I'm 100-percent sure on that."

Earlier this winter, when rumors of a potential transfer of UGA QB Justin Fields began to surface, the redshirt freshman tweeted a "word of advice" to the Bulldogs signal-caller, that being "don't swing and miss...especially not your second time." The insinuation there would be that Fields whiffed by committing to a program with a pre-entrenched starter in Jake Fromm, and that another whiff would be in the offing should he transfer to OSU and end up backup to Martell.
My first thought when seeing portal, too. Pompous a-holes.Ags #1 said:
Does OSU really go by "The ohio state university"?

Is he gonna take his centaur sister to hillbilly ?
And he has already burned his redshirt, so that would exhaust his eligibility, no?rsf0626 said:
Why would he go to texas? He would have to ride the bench behind Ehlinger for 2 years
Miami and West Virginia appear to be likely destinations. Taint will have to sit out next season, unless he gets a waiver by some miracle. The U could potentially start Hurts in '19, then Martell in '20. Hurricanes already have two of his HS teammates on roster.PacifistAg said:
It does look like Jimbo offered him while at FSU, but I don't see anything indicating there was any real connection between Martell and Jimbo. I would be extremely surprised if he even considered A&M as a transfer spot, and I'd honestly rather get Hornsby.
Honestly, my prediction would probably be the sips. Tim Beck is the QB coach, and he was part of OSU's recruiting efforts to get Martell, if I'm not mistaken.
I think that is the school's proper name. Real Ohio State purists (from my experience, just about all their alumni) will refer to it as "THE Ohio State University" or just "Ohio State," but never "Ohio State University" without the "THE."Ags #1 said:

Probably a combination of all three, but mostly #1. I really have no evidence, though. I just wanted to type "Tathan" somewhere where it was relevant.Agsuffering@bulaw said:
This does not add up. 99.9% of players in his situation at least stay and compete for the job in spring ball.
1. Tathan is so insecure that he would not stick around unless guaranteed the job;
2. Tathan does not get along with the coaches; or
3. The coaches told Tathan that he does not fit their plans going forward

Steve Wilfong of 247Sports reports that Ohio State redshirt freshman is looking at West Virginia, Miami and Louisville. Martell is expected to visit all three schools soon, with reports that Martell could be heading to West Virginia on Sunday, and reports of a Miami visit either shortly before or after that. The 5-foot-11, 210-pound quarterback entered the transfer portal late last week despite claiming he had no plans to transfer a week earlier. He'd likely have to sit out 2019 at whatever school he transfers to, but there's a chance he could apply for a hardship to play immediately. We should know more soon.
