Lots of coaches are GOOD recruiters, they can convince a 4-5 star athlete to COME to their school.

Few, as probably less than 2 are GREAT recruiters and can convince said great athlete to come to their school and WAIT their turn.....EAT and LIFT for a year and then TRY OUT for their team.....

That is why Alabama's linebackers look like Reggie Ragland, and our linebackers look like.....wait has anybody seen any of our linebackers or do they get injured too fast ?

That secondary looks geared to be a coverage secondary. Looks like theyre banking on stopping the ground game solely with the front seven. To be fair, they usually do.
