But, given only Kyle and his parents knew before it was made public

I can't speak to the rest of your post but I know this is untrue.
"Allen, who started nine games this season and 14 at A&M dating back to last season, announced his transfer last Thursday. In his first public comments on the decision, Sumlin said that he was surprised by Allen's decision to leave before the bowl game.

"I want to wish Kyle the best," Sumlin said. "He and his family got together and made the decision they thought was best for them. Obviously, we didn't agree with it.""

Sumlin Surprised by Allen's transfer request

Certainly given Sumlin didn't know Allen wanted to transfer -- are you asserting others did and that Sumlin was the last one to know before it went public?

I can back up AggieSportsGuy and say that what you claim is in fact false on this one

So, are you saying that Sumlin and the AD lied when the said they were "surprised" about Allen's transfer request before the bowl game?

Look, my dog knew that either Allen or Murray was going to transfer (whomever lost the starting role) because they both suffered from entitlement syndrome. But, no one expected Allen to make the request when he did. Allen and his family gave no one inside the athletic department a heads up that he was about to request a transfer before the season even ended. So, when he made the request - no one knew except for his family, and his request was immediately made public.

Thus, there is no way my low friends knew in advance in order to tip me off. No one knew except for the Allens.

You can backup whomever you want. Buy, the fact is - no one knew, and that included Sumlin. Unless, of course, you are some kind of spy....

People knew before Sumlin but didn't run to the message boards for the attention out of respect for everyone involved

People knew before Sumlin and the coaching staff, ehh? I'll be your Huckleberry: give me a number of how many knew. Now, your credibility is on the line. Give me a number: 1 knew? 3?

Rojo Schmojo, it don't matter. Don't matter what anyone says or does on this message board.

The only thing that matters is W's, and I expect there won't be enough this fall, and even though we have more returning starters than 'Bama, no one can honestly say that they think we'll beat them. Sad. It is the current state of our coaching....mediocrity. Recruits...no problem...we get plenty of good ones. Execution, well that's another whole damn story. Head coaches run out of excuses after 5 years, and that's being gracious.

2nd place is the first loser. There are no participation trophies in the SEC.

Lastly, F austin and everything about it. If you want to cheerlead for the libtards, you're in the wrong damn place. I don't want to hear one more comparison to that ****hole.

I do not need to prove myself on a message board. I know what I know and respect those who give me the information they have. I spoke up due to a false statement that I knew was fact.

If this isn't "credible" then fair enough, after all...we can all say whatever we want...you have proven that time and time again.

Well now, ain't that special. The guy demanding that someone else prove themselves does not have to prove himself. I'm afraid the strain was more than he could bear.

Yes, I guess it does. Mr. Wehner High is very good about calling people out, and equally good about running behind mama's dress when he is called on it.

Said he knew people that were tipped off bout Kyle's transfer before Sumlin knew. Said I was lying that it was kept secret by the Allen family. Said many things that one did. Now, Mr. Wehner High doesn't look so smart does he? Mr Wehner High is the classic troll.

He's not trolling. There were probably 10-15 people that knew about his transfer outside of his family at least 3 days before he met with Sumlin, people just didn't care to run to the boards and yell it from the cliff tops because they had respect for that information and knew it would be released in its own time.

So yes, Sumlin was surprised because he didn't know before Kyle and his meeting, but other people outside the AD knew it was happening before it happened because that information came directly from the horses mouth.

Sure there was. This is how trolls work in pairs. First troll throws out a false statement. Second troll backs him up. Then second troll has his hat handed to him and first troll shows back up to try and fix the smack down the second troll received.

But, in any event - let's say I concede that you are right for the sake of argument -- that "10-15 people" knew that Kyle had made the decision to transfer before the season ended and had kept the entire coaching staff and athletic department in the dark about it: what's your point? You see, TrollSportsGuy -- you just made *my* point: my sources nor I knew about Kyle's demand to be transferred before Sumlin and the rest of the coaches did. Thus, when taunted by trolls like yourself about why I didn't know that Kyle was transferring, I answered openly and honestly, "neither myself nor my sources knew about Kyle's transfer. We are surprised by it."

Again, the fact that I did not feign that I knew that Kyle was transferring lends to my credibility for any reasonable person. Obviously my friends in low places aren't among your "10-15" people who knew because my friends in low places actually exist.

What I don't understand -- is why people like you try to spend so much time and effort nick picking and trying to tear down the messages that I deliver. Almost all of them are positive towards Aggie football and give sneak peaks at what is coming down the road. Yet, for some reason -- you hate it. Why do you hate so much? I could understand if I was a sip. But a fellow Aggie? What's wrong with you?

Hahaha this is great.

1) When did I ever say that I disagreed with your other claims or thought you weren't credible? The only thing I said this whole time is that I knew the information you had about Kyle was inaccurate. It's not a big deal man. I'm not attacking you.

2) It's entirely feasible that the people that knew beforehand existed. Did you think Kyle just sat in his room for two years and didn't make friends or build relationships with people? Did you ever stop to think that he may want to tell some people that he had spent his college years with that he was leaving?

It's gonna be okay that you didn't know that one thing haha, because seriously I think some of your other info is very credible but you are getting really defensive about this one thing.

My understanding is that Kyle and his family made the decision, informed Coach Sumlin first (even before Spav), and then told his close friends. So, now you want us to believe the Allen told his teammates, these teammates didn't tell their own head coach for several days? If I was a head coach and knew this -- 10-15 people would no longer be on my team. It's a trust issue.

But, reality is you are simply making it up as you go. You see, if you actually knew something - you would say "three close friends", or "his roommate", or "fellow players". But, you just throw out 10 plus or minus 50%. I mean, could it have been 8, how bout 17? Given 8 or 17, how about 6 or 19? You either know the number, or you don't. Now, let's look at the number's dimension: 10 what? 15 what? Just random people? A bit here, a bit there? That's why we both know that you are making it up.

So, Troll, why do you hate so much to sit at the keyboard and make stuff up?

Just go ask Kyle man. I'm done arguing with you about this and yes, I knew beforehand it was happening and not everyone that knew was on the team, in fact, only three people that I know of on the team actually knew beforehand.

It's okay to be wrong about one thing, your "friends in low places" couldn't have even known about this and that's alright man. It doesn't mean they haven't been right about other things. I promise it'll be okay. Other people can know things too bud.

Not to get completely into this pissing contest, just because it's been decent fodder from the sidelines, but why is he a troll just because what he's saying doesn't match "your understanding"? Calling someone out for being vague on minute details seems a little ****ty seeing as it meets your MO for the entire offseason. Cryptic Rojo was much more fun than juvenile Rojo.

There he goes again. Changing little pieces of his story. First it was 10-15, then it was "some friends", now it is that *you* knew and "only three people that I know of on the team", and then in response to my trust assertion, you throw out "not everyone that knew was on the team".

Look, I have interviewed perhaps over 1,000 people for employment for the various companies where I worked. Each interview was typically a 2 hour affair and was heavy on technical capabilities. You are showing all the signs of someone making stuff up and feigning knowledge they do not possess. Those little changes give it away. And what for? To try and attack someone else? Really?

Stand back from the keyboard and go get a life.

Simple. He's not telling the truth. 10-15 people did not know of Allen's request to transfer prior to Sumlin. That's a fact. Here is another fact: Allen was NOT well liked by his teammates. To most of them -- it was good riddance.

So you're stating that as fact even though you said you had no knowledge of it. Great.

And I'm sure you've been a great employer to those 1000 people, as it's always a blessing to be managed by someone who doesn't think anyone else can have information or contribute at all.

Also I'm pretty sure the #1 sign of a pathological liar/narcissist is unnecessarily and while unprompted bringing up information about one's accomplishments. But I'm genuinely happy for you that you've been successful in your career. That's awesome! Have a good one.

Neither I, nor my sources had any knowledge of Kyle asking to be transferred before it was public. But, that doesn't mean that we didn't get a ton of information about it after his request was made public. After all, that is how we found out about Kyler demanding a transfer.

Funny thing on the way to reality: Wehner High didn't say that you knew prior to Sumlin. Nor did he claim that he did. But, now you claim that you knew prior to Sumlin. Again, a person who is telling the truth doesn't need to shift facts in and out and all about.

I guarantee you that very, very few of his teammates knew -- if any. Why? Because they did NOT like the guy. Most of the teammates thought he was a pompous Momma's boy and it was all about him. When a QB is loathed by his team -- he isn't taking them anywhere, and they aren't following. Thus, one of the reasons why our offense sputtered with him at QB.

As to being successful professionally: I have an engineering degree from Texas A&M. Your damn right that engineering degree made me successful. I love A&M for the way it changed my life and that of my family. A&M has a way of doing that. That's why there are some 11 Aggie rings in my family spanning 3 generations - including a Ph.D. in engineering.

So, let's do the math again: "only three people" on the team? That makes 12 people who were not on the team knew before Sumlin (besides his family). Really? Kyle knew 12 other people away from football that he trusted with his secret transfer request before the entire Aggie coaching staff? 12 people? What, did he write it on the wall?

Absurd.

I certainly agree very, very few on the team would have known. Again, Kyle Allen was NOT well liked. In fact, he was not liked at all by most players.

"12-15 people." What a couple of trolls.

The whole basis of the disagreement was the claim you made about Sumlin being the first one to find out. Didn't think it needed to be pointed out in the original posts, so if there was miscommunication that is our bad.

People knew before Sumlin. It's ok, we just have different sources that are likely a generation apart...

And Kyle seems to have some friends from the team...and if these are his only few friends, then it may be worrisome that Christian Kirk and Trevor Knight are apart of that group
