I apologize in advance for the length. But, certain detractors lie about what I have posted in the past. So, here is a single post to set the record straight.

Bud Foster as the new DC: low friends constantly reported he was the top target. Towards the end that he was the only target. A source I know at VT reported that Bud Foster himself thought he was on his way to College Station. I posted early and often that Foster was the choice until the "Curly Shuffle" came to light, and I posted a 180 degree post on TexAgs due to a phone call I received late at night. Facts of the matter was that Foster was indeed the top candidate for the new DC position and the list had been paired down singularly to him and that, indeed he was going to be tapped until Chavis contacted Sumlin about hist interest in the DC position. Thus, my friends in low places provided 100% accurate information up until the very moment the Curly Shuffle came to light.

Result: Information was 100% accurate as I posted it.

John Chavis as the new DC: Some three days before it was made public (and before anyone outside of a very tight circle knew) I received a phone call from a low friend late at night with the news of the "Curly Shuffle" (his words), and that Foster was the "moving hand" and that not only was Chavis the new DC - but that Chavis had already signed on the dotted line. Aside from a very small inside few - no one, but no one, knew that the pick was Chavis until my post. And absolutely no one outside of that small few knew that Chavis was already signed (especially given he still had to coach the defense in LSU's upcoming bowl game). Facts of the matter: I was the first to break Chavis as the selection. I was the first to break the news he was already signed, and indeed he was already signed when I made my post.

Result: information was 100% accurate as I posted it.

Daylon Mack's commitment to Texas A&M: almost everyone had Mack committing to the sips. Indeed, TexAgs was awash in negative posts by supposed "Aggies" (e.g., sips with Agtags) slaming Mack for his decommitment from A&M. I posted on TexAgs a significant number of posts that Mack was inking with A&M and that you could take it to the bank. I also privately PM'd with TexAgs posters (who later publicly vouched for what I am about to type) that Mack had privately committed to Chavis in January, and that Mack was a man of his word. I only revealed this to a few TexAgs posters that had earned my trust. Go back and review my posts about Mack. I had to fight off an army of Agtag sips and Aggies with BAS as to my posts that Mack actually signing with us. Mack signed with us. No one outside of a very small group knew of Mack's private commitment. You can count the members in that group on one hand. Facts of the matter: I was one of a very few who knew of the private commitment, I held it out of the public eye out of respect to Mack.

Result: information was 100% accurate as I posted it, and my statements about his private commitment was 100% accurate as I PM'd others.

Kyler Murray's commitment: I posted early and often that Kyler was committing to A&M. I also posted about my knowledge that Kyler just recommitted to A&M's coaches about 90 minutes before it was made public. Two other TexAgs members seconded that he was committed. Facts of the matter: a small group knew of Kyler's commitment, and that he had recommitted before it was made public.

Result: informaton was 100% accurate as I posted it. My post that he had recommitted before it was made public was 100% accurate.

That A&M was still targeting five recruits (including Mack and Kyler) that would add to the list on NDS - explicitly including a great RB. Facts of the matter: Indeed Mack and Kyler signed, and A&M had all five named here on their target and highly expected all five of them to sign on NSD. And indeed, the RB out of nowhere signed: Kendall Bussey (a greart RB that was a Nebraska commit who was also leaning towards Tennessee). Two recruits changed their minds: Kris Boyd (who still regrets the decision and has tweeted his wished he played for the Aggies instead of the sips) and Roquan Smith who changed his mind early, often, late, and finally inked with Georgia a few weeks after NSD (But, A&M was still in the running up until he signed with the Dogs).

Result: information was 100% accurate that A&M was pursuing the five and was highly likely to get all five. But, only 3 of the 5 signed. Of the two that didn't sign -- one still regrets it to this day (Boyd) and the other made a decision long after NSD was over not to sign with the Aggies. Yet, I knew that Bussey and Smith were real targets and very likely to sign when very few others did. So, in the end, my sources were 60% accurate.

Kyle asking to be transferred. When this was made public -- my usual detractors taunted me as to why I did not know that he was decommiting, and that such was proof that I didn't know anything and had no inside information. I posted that neither I nor my sources knew that Kyle had asked for a transfer (if I was a troll, I could have just said I knew about it all along, or made up some other cover story), and that it caught us all by surprise, that we were shocked by the news. Facts of the matter: my sources knew nothing, I knew nothing. But, given only Kyle and his parents knew before it was made public (and it was immediately made public when he made the request to A&M) -- there was no way my sources could know anything nor myself. The fact that I didn't try to feign that I knew something actually speaks to my credibility, and is evidence that I only post about information I am receiving.

Results: the fact that I had NO information was 100% evidence that I didn't feign knowing about something that was impossible for me to know about.

The "other shoe dropping". When my friends in low places checked to see what was happening with Allen - they were informed that Kyler Murray was "demanding" to be transferred - even though Allen was leaving. Sumlin was hopeful he could get Murray to stay. We discussed a lot of things on what do do about this, and finally they asked that go forward and post floater balloon when another source said there was no way the Murrays were changing their minds - but, Sumlin still held out a bit of hope he would stay. Thus, I posted that TexAgs would have one of its greatest melt downs of all time when "the other shoe drops". A few days later, that shoe dropped: Murray *demanded* to be transferred.

Results: information was 100% accurate that the other shoe was about to drop.

HBC coming to A&M as the new OC. Indeed, Steve Spurrier had always wanted to coach at A&M. He was tired of stroking egos as a Head Coach, and having to play all the political games. Certain money baggers at USCe were making his life miserable. He wanted out as a HC and wanted to come to A&M and finish out his coaching career as an OC. Discussions were held, commitments were made. Then the "thing" happened. Indeed, a plane was in the air and had to be turned around when the "thing" happened and the negotiations came to a screeching halt. Funny thing: I have never said who was on the plane, or which direction it was traveling in. But, if I did, then the "thing" could be easily discovered -- so I leave it up to your imagination. But, it did cost a very important person their job. If the naysayers only knew what could have been.

Results: no HBC as OC. A big miss. 0% accuracy.


Kellen Mond committing to A&M. I called it about a month before it happened. Indeed when I called it - that A&M was at the top of his list -- almost all prognosticators had him going to Auburn or Ohio State. Indeed, almost all had it this way: 1. Auburn, a very close 2. Ohio State, and a very distant 3. A&M. I stood alone calling him to A&M.

Results: 100% accurate. Mond committed to A&M - a school he has always wanted to play for.

Top 10 all time defensive recruit is being flipped by Chavis. Yep, Chavis is going to seal that deal. Bank on it. And, there are two other recruits Chavis is sealing the deal on. When will it be announced? Chavis is the master of momentum and timing. In Chavis own due time. May I remind you one The Mack Truck: Chavis had him committed in January, but let our rivals waste their time and efforts to continue to recruit him while Chavis focused on others. Mack wasn't announced until the moment he signed. That Chavis -- he can recruit.

Now, all the other misinformation that other people post about my posts being right once in a blue moon: 100% bull crap. The only total miss in the HBC, and yes, that is a big miss. But, he was well on his way here. The other miss was missing 2 NSD signatures out of 5. Everything else: 100%

What is my record based on my low friends? Damn, I don't know of a single other source that has been as accurate. Do you?

Why are my low friends feeding me information? There is a very good solid reason. But, it's not for public consumption. But, it has paid huge dividends and continues to do so. Book it.
