Last night was yet another bad night for us. 3 marquee players left our '17 recruiting class and the negativity around the program still grows like a dark set of storm clouds.

Can we recover? Of course. CFB is a set of ebbs and flows.

More fun in 12-14 when #wrts and #yessir were not the jokes they are now. We are close to a tailspin and that is not a good thing.

Fine to bash the players if you are that shallow. We wanted them enough to offer scholarships and many on this board celebrated their commitment. We are still in free fall and not sure where the floor is.

Selling our soul to losers like JFF and the criminals that we got and subsequently kicked out of school still haunts us. Bad decisions and bad people in the program are resulting in bad results.

Success on the field in 2016 and we will be fine. Long way away from signing day in 2017

I don't disagree. Winning in 2016 will cleanse a lot of these wounds. I am on the fence though as far as how well we will play with this team and this staff in 2016.

Recruits and Coaches use each other all the time. On to the next guy. No reason to go to deep into this.

I don't think 8 wins will do much. If anything.

I agree the only cure is on field success. The problem is we probably won't win 8 games this year. The schedule is rough and we are not as experienced as we were last season.

I think we are on the decline right now.

We won 8 last year and this is what we got. I think you overestimate 8 wins.

I always apply the "WITWHAAS" standard to these situations. I.e. 'What If This Was Happening At Another School?'.

Based on my highly scientific application of the WITWHAAS model to the events of the last 18 hours, I've concluded that we'd be laughing our asses off and calling the Other School names like 'dumpster fire' and 'clown show, brah'.
