Johnny definitely deserves a statue. But not for many years. Way too soon.

got some good news and bad news

bad news is the foundry wants a pretty hefty deposit for the Johnny statue, but the good news is they were able to melt down and recast the Kenny Thrill statue into the Kyle Allen statue and and they think the Kyle Allen statue can be repurposed to a Tate Martel statue with just a change in the head/face

Dudes get "posterized" all the time in the NBA.

It would be tough to get "statue-ized" like #13 would be if this was the selected image to be immortalized.

I also think it would be amazing to create the statue from a shot of him tackling that LaTech dude on the play that didn't count.

Make a statue of a Heisman winning QB making a tackle, causing a fumble, filled with hate rage and amped with more F off than any player on the field that year.

So rad. Forget it. I'm doing it. I'm gonna commission that statue and just put it somewhere good.
