We are his last OV, Chavis met with him in Dec.

I would say this is the must-get recruit. We have so few LBs coming in that one solid LB can make that squad or break it. Chavis can turn 3-stars into beasts, he can turn this 4-star into a monstar.

With Malik's impatience and signing with Texas, he missed out on one of the best LB-gurus in the NCAA, lets hope The Shark (McCulloch) doesnt do the same.

I must not be a member of EVERYONE, because I didn't "know".

Just curious.... does "know" mean there are facts that have been presented or stated by someone ? Or is this just "know" as in intuition or gossip ??

maybe it comes down to who they like better? maybe its the campus? the majors a particular school offers or is better at vs another school? There are a lot of reasons it could be but to automatically assume its a money is a very immature argument.

ETA: I root for both schools since I have family that went to both. I went to Embry Riddle

Visits make a world of difference. No one truly knows what McCulloch is thinking other than him. Chavis may have him committed to us before he ever leaves campus. I wouldn't assume he is going elsewhere until it is announced that he is.

The point would be to get everyone to keep swooning over you. If you're committed, some might back off a little. If you let people think you may still commit to them though, they'll continue to give you attention. Kids love attention.

So you're implying that Sumlin has used money of the university's to sway recruits to come play here? Because we've had some pretty nice classes in recent past under Sumlin. And I'm pretty sure 100% of the people on here would agree that we are considered big time college football.

So you're implying that Sumlin has used money of the university's to sway recruits to come play here? Because we've had some pretty nice classes in recent past under Sumlin. And I'm pretty sure 100% of the people on here would agree that we are considered big time college football.


Unfortunately some well to do folks got ripped the hell off with the petulant Murray's. At least Kevin gets to keep his little QB camp going for awhile.

I completely disagree. Look at Daylon Mack and Kyler Murray for prime examples from last year of kids doing the opposite.
