Watch it again... Kennedy jumped up like he was going to dunk the ball over the goal post and ref put his hand on flag..when Kennedy didn't dunk the ball he didn't pull it then Kennedy threw ball in the air and ref pulled flag.

The Liberty Bowl must have had low budget for refs. This is a bad group. Even that pass interference against Harris when their feet got tangled in my opinion is not a penalty. These guys do not understand the rules. These guys scare me because of their desire to throw flags. The celebration call was poor. The WV wide receiver does the money sign and nothing happens.
