I just looked at his stats this year, because some claim their D is down and maybe it is, but it is a huge improvement from ours.
- They Kept 9/11 FBS teams below their Yds/game and points/game a few were Ohio State, East Carolina and Georgia Tech
- They only allowed over 500 yards once (East Carolina)
- They only allowed over 400 yards twice (East Carolina and Miami)
- Faced 6 teams in the top 50 scoring and yards/game held all below their averages

at 55 he can't get it up like he used to, but when he does go full tilt, he has the experience and knowledge to make his love making sessions meaningful and to really do a great job.

As a highly knowledgeable person and one who has spent hours reading ESPN and Sports Illustrated, which are publications of the highest quality, I find this hire a complete bust.
Look at the 2014 stats:
Virginia Tech had the #17 overall defense (statistically)
A&M had the #101 overall defense
101-17 = 84
I think my point is clear here

Foster would bring instant credibility and name recognition to recruits. And he's a damn fine D Coordinator. Any team would be lucky to have him.

He has a consistent track record over 20 years as a coordinator. His WORST defense was top 50.
