This would be a home run hire.

But don't forget how long this guy has been at VT and how many there think he is HCIW without the Muschamp style title. I would expect to see these kinds of reports float as more pressure on VT to **** or get off the pot on him as HC there. Especially if he actually reached out to Sumlin- I'd bet he's making a power move like ol' Jimbo did to Bowden.

Of course, if it is true, then bring him down and let him meet Daylon and his buddies ASAP.
