And coaches can tell these players they can bask in these other teams glory since they will be playing in the SEC West. Also, let's not forget about Mizzou and UGA. This coupled with the new facilities and 7 / 8 wins per year will leave the other states schools in the dust with regards to recruiting.

Nope. The rivalry is history. Time to move on. There is absolutely zero upside to playing tu. Zero. Meanwhile they would have everything to gain, we would have much to lose in terms of recruiting. We tried a couple years back, they chickened out. We make the call when we play, not them
