Whatever happened to confidence and toughness? All this swag crap seems to be closely related to rap music and street culture. If kids were smart, they would understand that rap music is just a money making scam that promotes some sort of swag lifestyle in order to sell punk kids merchandise and tattoos so they can look tough. Google the lyrics to some of this crappy music and see how ridiculous they are.....it's like these morons are totally against any form of social progress and actually want to be discriminated against so they have some fictitious reason to act like a thug. I'm sick of all these fake gangster thugs who play college sports.....YOU'RE IN COLLEGE NOW YOU F'ING MORONS!....SO ACT LIKE IT!

"Swag" really isn't any different than "playing with an attitude" or "playing with a chip on their shoulder" -- you know, the things we were saying we wanted this team to display on the field. But since a bunch of young guys use a different word, it's suddenly a problem.

"Swag" isn't the problem -- how to get it back is.
