I have TWC and we turn off the TV... when we turn the TV back on, it is on the LHN. It is really weird like someone sneaks in and changes it. I'm guessing it helps their ratings. But we'd literally turn off the TV knowing it was on a certain channel... and the next morning it is LHN.

This happens with ours as well. Luckily though if turns randomly to an HBO channel so I get soft core porn instead of soft core football. You might consider changing houses
