Laterron, or "LT" as he was called, passed away yesterday while he was out for a run at the age of 24. LT was not in my E-2 class but he was my cousin's best friend in the outfit and considered to be a part of our family.

He was a fine young man that I had the privilege of getting to know. LT loved Jesus, being an Aggie, and serving his country in the USMC. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers.

I talked with LT many times on my visits to the campus. I was shocked when my son texted me this morning that LT had passed. He was an outstanding young man. The E2 Family has lost a good one. Rest In Peace LT. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
