I tried this once before, so forgive the blatantly non-football thread. My name is Ryan Sitton, and I am running for Texas Railroad Commissioner (ryansitton.com). The Railroad Commission's name is a misnomer, its primary job is to regulate oil and gas production in the State of Texas. I am a proud Aggie, Mechanical Engineer, class of '97, and I will be the first engineer to serve in statewide office in Texas in 50 years.

I am in a runoff right now, and my opponent has run an unbelievably negative campaign, saying that my company took stimulus money from taxpayers and all sort of crazy lies (rinositton.com).

I have a request for some quick help... There is a poll going on right now by one of my opponent's supporting groups. My request is this... if you have a facebook account:

Yeah, we are actually tied in the real polls, but this group is supporting my opponent, so If I were to be close or win this poll, it would be unbelievable.

Do you think two trains of the same class should be able to get married?

And if a new train is being built, but the manufacture decides that they don't want it anymore, is it ok for them to abort that construction?

Have you ever managed to collect all 4 railroads in monopoly? If so what kind of shady stimulus money had to change hands to make that happen? What game piece is your favorite?

Good question. The stimulus thing is completely invented. After Politifact called it out as "false", they said that I applied for stimulus when our bank urged us to apply for an SBA loan (which is a government backed loan from a private bank, much like the FDIC guarantees your bank account). We did apply, but did not use it.

The Tea Parties like Wayne because he lost his reelection bid two years ago and blamed the speaker of the house, Joe Straus. The Tea Parties hate Joe Straus, figured Wayne was one of theirs, and they connected with him. Most of the tea party groups that actually talked to me either endorsed me or did not endorse. Almost every one that backed Wayne never interviewed me.

It should be noted that almost all of the business community is supporting me.

Why don't any of the trains on Thomas or Chuggington have graffiti on them? You know, some Stussi signs, crowns with five points, "East Side Mafia" in bubbles? This is the real world.....of pixar.

What is your stance on allowing female trains to vote?

Does the "business community" support abortion or tiny flags?
