A boycotting of the ESPN rape award shows needs to happen.

The "witnesses" sound less credible every day I read more about them.

This definitely should've gone to trial at least.

You are not wrong. Casher admits he spoke with the victim first at the bar before Winston. The victim's friend also contradicted his bar story about this encounter. He said the victim approached him, while the victim's friend said they were walking past and the guy reached out and grabbed the victim to pull her over to him.

He also admits he video'd part of the encounter (but conveniently deleted a few days later) and admits to going into the room with hopes of getting in on it. I don't know how someone confirms this guy is just a witness vs. potential accessory in some way, especially if you didn't test for GHB.

If you watched the press conference you know why people question whether he did it or not. She laid out some items that seem to point to it being very possible.

Not sure I can in all honesty. I just think the lawyer thinks they have a case to get some cash out of and make a name for themselves. How often do they get a chance to get all over the news in their careers? I'm just trying to stay as unbiased as I can here.

As far as the video being deleted, I'm taking a wild guess the conversation went as follows, with the exception of some words:

Anybody who has been around football players knows that her story is credible. The cover up is the focus now, and the extent of the cover up actually bolsters her story.

Same thing happened with Case McCoy from last years Alamo Dome of I recall correctly. Conveniently went away with $$$$$$.

Devante is apparently an idiot. But that's not surprising. The football world is full of such morons due to the fact that they get away with everything and thus have a warped sense of reality. This whole situation is sickening. How in the world the sport is regarded that highly that criminal activity is acceptable, I have no idea.

My faith in humanity has taken another step back today... go figure. Not sure what I was expecting when it comes to sports and doing the right thing.
