Looks like most of the concrete on the west side has been poured. They'll be doing brick work here pretty soon.

On game days, we need to ensure the home side of the sidelines has some type of cover, tarp, pads, etc., do something to reduce the heat coming off the "track" surface and ensure our side stays "cooler". On the other side, we need to darken the color somewhat or do something to ensure maximum heat radiation and increase the temps on that side of the field as much as possible, thus zapping the energy from our opponents. Home field advantage Aggies!

If we can't do that, maybe we need to go back to lacing their Pizzas with colon blow......

I actually kinda doubt that surface will get all that hot. They do advertise and market that product for pool decks after all.


Also any one notice the "West Side Camera" is now showing live(ish) and archive views from the Zone? Strange... Looks like they're letting the field markings grow out and aren't keeping them updated. Doesn't bode well for the white goal line crowd.

There will be a parking lot, but it's smaller than the old one.

Need a scotch update... Construction cams are showing landscaping already in on part of the west side. There's trees already on the south end.

At this point I'd like to see pics inside the stadium. It looks like the west first deck all the armchair seats are in but some sections toward the south look like they are not done.

Would also like to see pics of suites and clubs to see finish-out, and west side press box.

From those pics it looks like the higher ups were sick of the TexAgs boards complaining about the white drainage pipes and decided to paint them.

The entire NW corner is "unique", but just like the gray seats in the NEZ it only looks odd when it's empty. I cannot wait for the place to be full because it is going to be AWESOME! And LOUD!
