My understanding was that the Student Side suite agreements weren't to start until 2015, so how are they being sold / used this season? Are they sold on a game by game basis or were the permanent users offered this season as well? I just didn't think the plan was to have them ready in time for this season, but props for pulling it off.

Does anybody else wonder where on earth they are going to put the construction camera to show the west side demolition and construction?

Have a friend who got to go inside Kyle today. He confirmed that the 3rd flagpole will be used for a 12th man flag. He wouldn't expand any more than that and said "you'll see tomorrow before the team comes out of the tunnel". Here's the pictures he sent

I'm not sure how I feel if we are planning to make a ceremony out of raising a 12th Man flag. I know we've had a flag in the past, but making it into a ceremony seems to be copying the Seahawks. We certainly have the right to steal a tradition from them, but my initial reaction is opposed to the idea.

No need for a flag raising "ceremony". I thought the visual was very effective severalyears ago when the flag was raised just before the team entrance. Even though most probably did not notice it inperson, everyone saw it on the jumbotron. They did not show that shot last year and I thought it was amistake I really liked that moment.
