Walked by earlier today. This place is going to be amazing. Due to the gas leak, I had the "privilege" of spending some time in the "beautiful" Spence Park. I really wish we would do something about it. It could make for a top notch tailgating area, but it's just not a good looking area.
Anyhow, while I was walking around, I decided to stop by and go inside Bright. Turns out there was media stuff going on, so I was able to hear what these guys had to say about our program, the new complex, and the upcoming season. Ran into Billy, Gabe, and the crew as well, as well as Kahn. Billy, get some pants that actually fit you. I'll leave out what they were saying, and leave it to the people who do that for their jobs. In short, a lot of the defense will be dependent on Mastro, but people believe that he has significantly improved. Also, Snyder hates people asking about how good Myles (he was walking around in a superman shirt today by the way) will be since he hasn't played yet. He did say that right now he has him in the top 3 for our defense, but he kept insisting that so often the top players end at the bottom and the other way around. I'll leave the rest to the reporters. I was lucky enough to get to talk with some of them after the media would move on to another person. After things were pretty much wrapped up, I decided to poke around a little bit and see what I could see. While I was snooping around, Julien Obioha asked if I needed help with anything. I explained I was just hoping to see a little bit of the new complex, and he offered to show me the whole thing. Awesome guy. Sorry I didn't take more pictures of it, but I didn't want to spend my whole time taking pictures rather than talking with him and taking everything in
Beautiful, isn't it?
