Just think about what mirror uniforms and mirrors from the stands (former idea for tceh) would do in combo w seeing it all on the Jerrytron... No way OU could concentrate

I don't mind a new uni as long as it fits with the branding/style of what we already have. Doing something totally out of left field would be a downgrade.

I have been a fan of what Adidas has done this year with our unis, but was a little let down with all the suspense leading up to the unveiling, only to find out that Miss St, who has the same colors would have the exact same uniforms. They weren't the exact same...MSU had one stripe and player numbers on the shoulders while we had two and none. The font of the numbers were also completely different, not to mention the oh so controversial bevels on ours. Just because the school colors are the same doesn't mean that the uniforms are. It's not like adidas was the one that wanted to make them somewhat similar, they work closely with the university to get the look they want.
Nowhere in that article the OP linked does it say that sentence listing other teams, much less A&M. Unless they have gone back and edited the story since it was originally posted.

I think our unis have been outstanding this season. I really, really, really like the move back to the Bellard era stripes down the sleeve.
For the Cotton, I'd love seeing icy whites with white helmits and a maroon state outline logo, similar to the MSU game.
Whatever unis the team wears, I have no doubt the will look sharp and play better.

Said like someone not paying attention.
A&M and MSU had similar uniforms because both schools were harkening back to their uniforms from the 70s. Michigan's bowl unis are keeping with the style of their prevous throwbacks that have alternate color or pattern on the shoulder yoke. There's no reason to believe our uniforms will look anything like Michigan's.

Annnnd Nike logo on the chrome Oregon mask. New Army would go crazy if we mixed brands.
