If this whole thing was a troll job by Baylor to make both of us look bad then I must give them some props.

I don't really see Clear Channel releasing a copy of this contract, especially when there is litigation potentially involved.

Also, why even bother blacking out the signatures? Because it provides no point of comparison to other signatures and most importantly, it does not involve one specific person, therefore whoever faked the document can't be sued by the person whose name was forged on the contract.


That being said, i still think its butt-hurt sips that did this, but this isn't real.

And, agreed with others, this doc posted by the OP easily appears to be a fake and we'll likely never know who created the it.

This is very obviously a fake contract. Way too many mistakes and things are not where they should be, such as the floating signatures. Would be funny if it was real though.

Also AggieNation is not a legit entity so I doubt ClearChannel would be using that name in its contract. Seems to me The contract would be in the name of whatever entity is going by AggieNation and would be signed by authorized representative of the entity.

Look at the notation at the bottom left of the first page, in fine print. It reads "BBDSIGAGR 11/07"

Look at the fake posted here, just below Article III, Section 3.01. The same "BBDSIGAGR 11/07" from the bottom of the DocStoc first page appears in the mddle of the fake.

The notation at the bottom of page two of the DocStoc contract is in the same place on the fake.

Then there's the Houston vs Austin problem. Then there's the misspelling. It wasn't a particularly good fake, but it did get a bunch of people all stirred up for a little while.
