Its extremely odd that blacklab.com is using an address that it doesn't acutally occupy to register domain names (at least as late at 2010), but claims they would never do that for a "contract". Regardless of anything else, that's pretty fishy.

This is what I think happened. The OP or his "friend of a friend" went to networksolutions.com to find out who the administrative contact for Sha g g ybevo is and began an elaborate plan to frame him. Using a copy of his own contract for a billboard with Clear Channel Outdoor, he altered it to appear like a contract between another subsidiary of Sha g g ybevo's parent company, Black Lab Internet.

When the administrator of Black Lab originally input his info that's listed on www.networksolutions.com, he accidentally misspelled his street name. Our forgery suspect, not realizing the street was misspelled, copied that info directly onto the fake contract. This gives away the entire plan because there's no way someone would still be misspelling their street address after 5 years...especially on official contracts. You can say that it's just a secretary's mistake, but that's pretty coincidental that the same mistake would be made twice.

Of course, I could be completely wrong and this document could be 100% legit.

Generic outdoor advertising agreement - looks EXACTLY like what is floating around. Even stupid enough where the "Billboards USA" changed to "Clear Channel Outdoors" and allowed the lines to roll over to a new line of *ONE WORD*.

Also - do we really think someplace like ClearChannel would be using a generic docs download site for their "outdoor advertising agreement" legal documents?

I find it hard to believe that Clear Channel Outdoor continually refers to itself as Clear Channel Outdoors. I also find it hard to believe that their official logos aren't present on this "official" document. This doesn't look like any Clear Channel contract I've ever seen.

source: I'm a former Clear Channel employee, but not part of the Outdoor division. I am efforting to find a CC Outdoor employee who can see if this is the style of contract they use.
