Looks like these guys sold their design to Rice. (A damned good stadium for aesthetics, site lines and ease of getting in/out of stadium.)

Rice stadium is old and lacks any updates but DAMN the basic design was great. That's the best fundamental layout I've seen - not a bad seat!
