I think JH would be a great candidate if we cant get AF's guy

UPON FURTHER REVIEW, I'm thinking JH would be a great candidate instead of the AF guy.

Lets go with him and get rolling; we have a lot of defensive butt kicking to makeup for over the past few years.

Maybe it is a done deal, and Byrne, Sherman, Staff, and all the recruits already know, and they are witholding a formal announcement until sufficient stars have been sold. Now that would be some solid marketing. Just sayin.

Jaime Hill is not a token interview--Sherman already interviewed Kentucky DC Steve Brown, who is African American. Could it be that he is simply qualified?

When all of this is over with (by August I hope), maybe the following questions get answered:
(1). What was Wilcox's response? was he offered?
(2). Why did Timmy D take so long?
(3). What kind of part did Minter, Brown and Hill play in all of this, if any? Frankly, once Hill popped on the scene, I was leaning in his direction.
(4). Current staff- any consideration given in that area?

Sherm is an upright guy- I sure he will quiet the anxious minnions otherwise known as the Aggie Faithful.
