I'm not a fan of using "Cart McCry", but I also don't understand why a non-Aggie would ever come onto Texags to let us know their opinion of us. How vain must one be to go to an opponent's website and expect them to give a rip what you think about them?

One of the best feelings in the world is knowing that regardless of how much your rival/enemy hates you, they still respect you. That shows you're doing something right.

And I can certainly admit when I respect things Aggie-related. Some of my closest friends have attended Texas A&M and I respect all of them. I respect plenty of things about your school, but I can't find a way to respect someone that goes around chanting Cart McCry. It's just petty.

If you guys had knocked McGee out in a game and he pissed his pants in the incident, and then you started calling him Stephen McPee from that point forward, I would grudgingly find that funny.

also remember...a few weeks earlier in the 2006 season Adrian Peterson broke his collarbone diving into the end zone vs. Iowa State...and walked over to the sidelines (unassisted) in spite of the pain.

You aggies definitely need to keep pushing forward with the 'Cart' thing. Actually, your efforts over the years with it have been quite impressive as the sports media, both local and a bit national, have picked up on it and given the Texas A&M credit for that moniker.

Your aggie stud TE Martellus even gets in on the 'Cart' promotion.

So impressive is your effort that the name is known amoung High School coaches and players.

With any luck, the national broadcast this weekend on Thanksgiving will mention the Aggie's "Cart McCoy" nickname for Colt. The whole country will get to hear it.

I just like watching you guys justify it based on your perceived severity of the situation. Who knew we had a whole board full of doctors boarded in sports medicine?

Again, I don't really care what you guys call him. Just understand that the stuff you say reflects on your fans, and if you want to be known as the school that makes jokes out of injuries, then have at it.

No one was laughing at the time he was initially "injured" but after the fact when nothing was in fact wrong with him other than soreness (or whatever "injury" he had) from the prior week (so UT and the media say) to make an excuse for his performance is when it became a joke.

A pinched nerve in your neck can be a serious injury. And if you keep getting hit in the head and neck while you have a pinched nerve, it can cause something even more serious.

The whole thing was staged to get time to get your game plan together in the final minutes of the asswhooping you took at our hands. tu needed time so they wheeled out a cart when he was obvious moving around fine on the ground. He could have been stood up and walked of the field immediately - just like he was a KSU.

He went to the hospital. He didn't practice for weeks. The injury occurred on November 24 and he wasn't cleared to play in the bowl game until December 21 - almost a month. Trainers and doctors chose to put him on the cart, not Colt.

If it were Tech with the cute little nickname, Texags would be beside itself in sanctimonious judgment. Aggies can do it all they want - it's not the first time they've come up with nicknames for Texas quarterbacks accomplishing things the Aggie football program can only dream about.

I'm stunned by the things I've read on texags this week. A bitterness that goes way beyond two rivals playing a game of football. I've been on this board since its inception and I've never seen anything like what I've witnessed this week. I hope this isn't a representation of how the majority of Aggies feel.
