Since I'm having to capture it in real time (vs copying it off the HD of the DVR), it will probably be tomorrow before I get all the raw video to the computer. The capture settings on my card were messed up so I had to start over once. A couple of hours after I get all the video captured to render to Divx, best guess is we should have a file ready to torrent by tomorrow (Monday) night or the day after.

Edit: I'm about halfway through Q2 now.

appreciate the hard work. this is going to sound ungrateful...but you might check the compression on those clips. The image is fine when it first starts out, then once the play starts there's heavy pixelation or macroblocking. I'm not a genius but it looks like whatever software you're using is heavily compressing.

Its a dual boot Vista Ultimate/XP Pro Box. Looks like it may work with Vista, but that doc says non-MCE versions of XP will be limited command line only. I'm not even sure if my STB has 1394 ports on it though. I don't remember seeing them last night when I was moving it back & forth from the computer. I'll check when I get home from work tonight to see if this is a viable option.
