I will admit that I do not know the history very well, but I did find it a good mix of entertainment and history. It addresses what happened and does not glorify Wyatt Earp like the movies did (shows him as a flawed, bloodthirsty hero).
What I found interesting is that they tried to show the national mood, media, and politics of the time and how that played into the local political environment of Tombstone and Arizona. I had never really seen it presented that way and it was very interesting.
