Back in.

10 mins warmup stretches and cardio and light workout reps

30 mins AMRAP of
800m run
12 cal sprint on rower
12 sit-ups with 20# medball overhead to feet
12 alt lunges with 45# sandbag on back

Then rest 1 min

Then one more round of above movements with 4min cap but end with max reps alt lunges. Go hard
